Significant differences were noted in the values of the body weight of female students, where they noted a significant increase by 2012-22 = 7.60 kg [11.76%]; I2014-24 = 7.72 kg [11.70%], a decrease in health-oriented fitness based on the values of the Ruffier test index I2012-22 = 2.51 index [12.23%]; I2014-24 = 5.08 index [22.69%] and a very significant decrease in aerobic endurance I2012-22 = 16.31 index [47.67%]; I2014-24 = 9.73 index [33.91%].
