Scholies sur palimpseste : dans les marges du Vind. Suppl. gr. 59
Abstrakt
Thanks to the improvement in palimpsest studies provided by new technologies such as the multispectral images – that were, in this particular case, captured and processed by the Technische Universität Wien and the CIMA (Centre of Image and Material Analysis in Cultural Heritage) for a research project of the Austrian Academy of Scien- 166 Véronique Somers ces (Department of Byzantine Research) focusing on the Greek palimpsests of the Austrian National Library in Vienna –, it is possible to identify scholia in the margins of a palimpsest kept in the Library. The paper lists and analyses the scholia readable in the manuscript Vind. Suppl. gr. 59, containing Logoi by Gregory of Nazianzus as lower text. Comparison with identical or similar scholia in other Gregorian manuscripts is sometimes necessary to decipher the erased text.
