Abstract

Terminology plays an important role in the enrichment of the vocabulary of a particular language. There are various ways of enriching terminology which are characterized by different levels of productivity and importance. New terms are created by means of word-formation processes such as derivation, composition, forming neologisms, and borrowing words from other languages, particularly English. The aim of the article is to give a brief explanation of human resource management as a concept and to present the result of the initial analysis of the use of Anglicisms in the Spanish and Slovak terminology in this field.
