Abstract

In the case study below, the author tries to show how ethnography allows us to encounter tradition in its living form. The analysis revolves around the story of 80-year-old Aunt Anna, who lives in a village with a predominantly Romanian and minority Hungarian population in southern Transylvania, Romania.
