L’interculturel dans les milieux corporationnels — les phénomènes caractéristiques
Abstrakt
Globalization has led to an intercultural revolution and as a result generation of employees from all over the world working in the same corporation. Multinational companies mark a strong influence on the formation of discourse in organizations. The intercultural context is very important and that is why it become the subject of the communication. First, we will focus on the role of the intercultural which seems to be dominated by the communication relationships between the employees. We will analyze cultural standards based on Hofstede's research. We will take into consideration three different cultures: English, Polish and French. We will also look at the most common phenomenon in organizational discourse in companies, such as address form of distance reduced and elements of jargon. We will submit for analysis a number of emails, oral conversations, as well as written instant conversations, meetings, video conferences, etc.
